Cheap room, with a clean bathroom and spacious beds. Location near the supermarket, Zermatt and bus connections. Nearby Restaurant la Ginabelle - great place to chill out.

really good place. we chose residence patricia because it was basicly the cheapest place to stay in zermatt that we could see and we've been backpacking. The double room turned out to be fantastic, spacious, comfortable bed, good shower, sofa and tv, fridge and oven grill for making your own dinner to save more as a backpacker. We also went snowboarding on the glacier, the hotel room is on the opposite side of town to the bubble that takes you too the ski lifts but we still were able to walk there and with our ski gear without too much hassle. You can also use the pool and spa down the road for free too which was great for sore bodies after snowboarding. Rooms close to the train station too if you dont want to drag your luggage very far

the wi-fi was pretty terrible

Clean hotel in a nice building short walk to a supermarket, the train station and the Gornergratbahn and the Railway. Neat and functional rooms, outstanding views of a walk from downtown. Modern decoration in the rooms, stunning and amazing location.

comfortable apartment with a nice view to the Matterhorn. the wellness center of the Best Western Alpen resort included.. good position to reach, in 10 minutes walking, the central train station and the Cornergrat station, and even the Sunnega cable car.

It was close to the train station. It had a nice little kitchen. We had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our deck.

We had to get our key form another hotel. That hotel was tough to find. Even though it was a no smoking hotel, our room stunk - someone had done nothing but smoke in the room and their response was to add some of the little sticks in perfumed oil to mask it. The bathroom was tiny.

Excellent price, had everything you need for an excellent stay in Zermatt and a lovely view of the Matterhorn.

Well equipped apartments. It had all one could ask for in the kitchen. The heaters where very effective

Very far off from Zermatt station almost 30 minutes walk with luggage. Reception is at some other resort called Alpen Resort and the staff threatened charging if we cancel even if it was discomforting to travel but the interiors were very good so it was kind of compensated.

The Location is quite far from train station and difficult to find. No sign to hotel

The veranda had a good view of the Matterhorn. The beds were good as was the shower.

The small kitchenette did not have power points, so had to plug kettle in near the TV.

We did not stay at Patricia, because when we arrived there were no vacancies. But the hotel manager in just provided us a awesome room. The service was very good and we are very pleased.

We had a very comfortable stay with amazing views of the matterhorn from our small balcony. The location was perfect-only a 10-minute flat walk from the station. The staff at the partner resort were excellent, and the small kitchen facilities, including a two-cooker stove and coffee machine, met all our needs.

The surroundings were beautiful and atmosphere was nice. Overall the hotel and stay were very nice.

Having telephones installed in the rooms would have been helpful. Also feel the hotel staff can be more friendly as Switzerland is noted for it's service apart from it's efficiency.
